In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I sent these flowers as a thank you to my best friend and I really wanted to "wow" her so I upgraded all the things and asked the designer to please try to wow her. I new she nailed it when my BFF sent me a video marveling at how beautiful they are! And: "Omg thank you these are incredible!!"; "This designer is insane!!"; "I obviously kept the [business] card for a future date!!" Thank you!

Called to have flowers sent to my daughter the next day for her birthday. The lady I spoke to was nice and the flowers were beautiful. Arrived timely and love that I got a picture prior to the bouquets arrival…even though my daughter sent one when they arrived. Jasmine went above and beyond in accomodating my requests for the arrangement, assisting with any questions I had, and ensuring delivery. My sister absolutely loved how pretty the flowers were and enjoyed the chocolate.
